About Quvii

Quvii is an independent publication covering home security cameras — reviews, buying guides, install tutorials, and the questions the manufacturers don't want you to ask.

What we cover

Wireless and PoE security cameras, video doorbells, floodlight cams, indoor monitors, baby/pet cameras, and the NVRs + software that tie them together. We focus on what a US shopper actually faces in 2026: Ring, Eufy, Reolink, Blink, Arlo, Nest, Wyze, Lorex, Amcrest, plus the enthusiast-grade Chinese brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Imou) that are increasingly mainstream in North America.

Who we are

Quvii is owned and operated by Quvii Inc., a US-headquartered company focused on home and small-business security. Our editorial team works independently from any equipment manufacturer or service provider — we take no payment for placement, no review-copy strings, and no embargoed-launch participation.

How we make money

Two ways, both disclosed:

• Amazon Associates. When we recommend a camera in a comparison or buying guide, we link to it on Amazon. If you buy through that link, Amazon pays us a small percentage at no cost to you. Commission rates are the same across every product in a category, so we have zero financial incentive to favor Product A over Product B. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
• Display advertising. Google AdSense on some content pages. Ads are not allowed to influence editorial — period. We use ads.txt + sellers.json compliant config so you can verify which networks we authorize.

We do not currently accept paid placement, sponsored reviews, or "sponsored coverage" in any form. If a vendor offers us money in exchange for a review angle, we decline.

Our editorial process

The short version: every claim must trace to a source we'd be willing to defend in writing. The long version is documented in our Editorial Policy — including how we use AI assistance, how we quality-gate articles before publishing, and our corrections process.

What we don't do

• We don't run "best camera 2026" listicles that change every quarter just to chase clicks.
• We don't recommend products we wouldn't install in our own homes.
• We don't bury manufacturer issues — Ring's police-data partnerships, Eufy's 2022-2023 cloud-upload disclosures, and equivalent stories from other brands are covered honestly when they're relevant to a buying decision.
• We don't scrape, syndicate, or republish other reviewers' work without explicit credit + linkback.
